Hat: Caleb & Rose is named after my kids, Wilem Caleb and Quinn Rose. We've traveled the world visiting great wine regions together, and they inspire my strength today. You might spot me at soccer games or delivering wine around town wearing this hat.

T-Shirt: I entered the wine industry nearly two decades ago, as a young woman in a male-dominated field. I was fortunate to have mentors who helped me grow (both men and women). This t-shirt is my tribute to that support. Today, I’m thrilled to see more women in top roles. And yes, it’s a unisex shirt—you might even see my husband wearing it while delivering wine.
