Women in Wine Tee: Established in 2021

I started in the wine industry over a decade ago amongst a sea of men dominating the sales force. I was lucky enough to be welcomed in as a young female by a company that gave me a great opportunity. I had amazing mentors (both women and men) who were rooting for me to succeed. I crafted the design of this t-shirt out of gratitude for my good fortune. Now I feel great joy as I see more and more women holding positions as master sommeliers, business owners, top management, performing sales reps, you name it. We are in it to lift each other up and be one with the team. We are… women in wine.
