Wine Club FAQ

What do I need to do for each club release?
Nothing at all! We keep your card on file, so you're all set unless you want to pause or cancel your membership (30 days' notice required). You will receive a selection (3 or 6 bottles depending what you choose) every 3 months. Each club release is carefully curated to take you on a journey around the world, exploring a variety of styles chosen for their authenticity and integrity. One week before release, we send an email to see if you’d like to modify or add bottles to the order.

Can my wine preferences be accommodated?
Yes! Let us know so we can make a note on your profile and automatically adjust your club release if need be. For example, if you’re not a fan of tannic reds, you can swap for an extra bottle of a style you enjoy more.

When will I be charged for my Wine Club order?
Your card will be charged within a week of the release date.

Do I need to be home to sign for my Wine Club shipment?
Yes, an adult signature is required if your order is being shipped via UPS. Local delivery has a bit more flexibility.

How much does shipping cost for Wine Club selections?
Shipping is a $20 flat rate for the 6-bottle box.

I live in South OC. Can I pick up my Wine Club order?
Absolutely! The first release day is announced in advance for pickups. Otherwise, if you’re local, your club box will be delivered the following week when we’re in your neighborhood.

What if I loved the wine selections and I want to order more?
Good news! One of the perks of being a member is first access to the newest selections. Once the wines are released and put into your hands, they become part of the online shop for 3 months until the next release. Feel free to text, email, or shop online to fulfill your order requests. And you can tell your friends too - they are available to all. But members get 10% discounts. Some selections are such tiny productions though and only available for ordering with the club release. That’s also what makes this community so special These wines are small farms, after all.

Are the wines the same every time?
No, they rotate! The beauty of this club is to explore the world of wine — there are thousands of grapes and micro wineries out there! They are also selected based on the season. In the winter you will see more reds and in the summer more whites.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, simply give us a 30-day notice. Also, you are more than welcome to just pause a few cycles. Life things come up, we get it! Pregnancy, travel, etc. You can still receive the benefits of being a member even if you need to exhale for a little while.

What is the cost of the Wine Club?
The 6-bottle club is $170, and the 3-bottle club (available only to South OC residents) is $90.

How much does shipping cost for Wine Club selections?
Shipping outside of South OC is a $20 flat rate for the 6-bottle box.

What do I get out of the membership besides wine?
