Grilled Brussel Sprouts

Get out a sheet pan and keep the heat outdoors this summer. These brussel sprouts are very easy to grill up!

Recipe Name: Grilled Brussel Sprouts

    Ingredients:
    • 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • salt and pepper
  • Instructions:
    • Kids Prep: With a citrus squeezer, let the little chef get the juice of lime from the fruit. They can also use colorful measuring cups to assist with measuring olive oil and honey. They love addng cracked sea salt and pepper too. The kiddos can also help with whisking the dressing.
    • Adult Prep: Pre-heat grill to medium heat or oven to 400 degrees. Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Supervise kiddo, squeezing lime and measuring ingredients for dressing to coat brussel sprouts. Once dressing is whisked, generously coat the vegetable and layer on sheet pan. Roast for about 40 minutes.
