Lentil Tomato Salad
This is a great salad to take on the go for lunches, picnics, or combine with protein of choice for dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pre cooked lentils
- 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp minced basil
- Instructions:
- Kids Prep: With a kid safe knife, cut grape tomatoes in half. If younger than 4 or 5, kiddo can help season with salt and pepper or measure ingredients.
- Adult Prep: Chop tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Combine all ingredients above and supervise little chef.
