Orange Avocado Crostini

The easiest appetizer for your patio! Serve with your favorite Rosé

  • 1 baguette cut into toasts that are broiled in the oven until crispy

  • 2 avocados mashed snd scooped onto toast

  • 1 orange, tangelo, or tangerine sliced thin and layered on avocado. Reserve some for squeezing on at the end.

  • Minced green onion as garnish.
