Weeknight Roasted Broccoli

Recipe Name: Sheet Pan Spiced Chicken

  • cook time: 20 minutes
  • Servings: 4

    Ingredients:
    • 4 heads broccoli chopped into florets
    • 3 cloves garlic minced
    • 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (enough to generously coat florets)
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 1 tsp honey
  • Instructions:
    • Kids Prep: Little chef can assist with breaking apart florets and measuring ingredients. Get the whisk out and let them help stir the dressing.
    • Adult Prep: Pre-heat oven to 425. Layer the broccoli florets and garlic on sheet pan tray coated with olive oil. Roast for about 20 minutes or until soft on inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Meanwhile, prepare the easy dressing. Whisk together tahini, soy, water, and honey. When broccoli comes out drizzle over the top. Serve with your favorite weeknight protein.
