    Ingredients:**
    • 3-4 large sweet potatoes peeled, cut into cubes, and softened by boiling
    • 4 tbsp adobo sauce + 2 chipotles minced finely
    • 1 cup bone broth
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • chopped green onion to garnish
    • season with sea salt
  • Instructions:

    • Kids Prep: After potatoes have been softened by boiling, kiddo can use a masher to puree the vegetable.
    • Adult Prep: Chop, peel, and boil potatoes. As kid uses potato masher, add in adobo, chipotles, olive oil, and bone broth. Season with salt. Garnish with chopped green onion.
  • Wine Pairing: California Red Zinfandel

  • Notes: These potatoes are a perfect side with barbecue grilled chicken.
