Flank Steak with Chimichurri
Recipe Name: Flank Steak with Chimichurri

- prep time: 20 minutes; need food processor or blender
- cook time: Grill steak for roughly 15 minutes

Ingredients:**
- 2 cups italian parsley or cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or 2 tbsp lemon or lime
- 1/3 cup olive oil (enough to coat florets)
- sea salt
- flank steak seasoned with sea salt, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, oregano and cracked pepper
Instructions:
- Kids Prep: Kiddos can help put all ingredients into food processor and pulse. They can also help season flank steak
- Adult Prep: Assist kid with putting all ingredients above in food processor. Pulse until ingredients are fine. Once steak has been seasoned, grill on high heat or in cast iron skillet for 5-7 minutes each side.
Wine Pairing: Chilean Pinot Noir or Argentinean Malbec
- Notes: If you dont have blender or food processor, mince all ingredients for chimichurri finely.
